Resources to help with the Promotion process
The UMKC Promotion Committee recently made the decision to only recognize articles published in journals indexed in Medline/PubMed during the promotion process.
Here's how to check to see if a journal is "Currently Indexed in Medline":
1. Go to the National Library of Medicine Catalog
2. Type the name of the journal in the search bar or select title from drop down menu.
3. The search results will display all titles matching the search.
4. Indexed in MEDLINE status is located above the NML ID:
