The physical materials of the Library may be circulated according to the following guidelines. Most current books and journals are available online.
- Books: Books may be checked out for a period of 2 weeks with renewal permitted. Books may be called in for use by other library users after the initial 2-week loan period. Books designated "reference collection" must only be used in the library. They may not be checked out.
- Journals: All print journals may be checked out for 3 days with renewal permitted.
- OVERDUE Materials: All borrowed materials are library property and must be returned for the use of other library users. The library staff will enforce the timely return of those materials.
- INTERLIBRARY LOAN Materials: Physical materials borrowed from other libraries MUST BE returned to the CMH Library on or before the due date.
